Training Calendar Basics

The training calendar is your home base for planning and tracking OCR workouts. It shows a week-by-week view of your activities so you can stay on top of your preparation.
Navigating the Calendar
The calendar shows one week at a time. Use the navigation arrows to move between weeks, or click Today to jump back to the current week.
Each day shows your planned activities as color-coded cards. The color indicates the activity type — runs, strength, climbing, and more.
Adding an Activity
- Click on any day in the calendar
- Select an activity type (run, strength, boulder, hike, etc.)
- Set the duration and time
- Add optional notes for workout details
- Click Save
Activity Types
OCR Trips supports activity types designed for obstacle course racers:

| Run | Road runs, trail runs, intervals |
| Strength | Gym workouts, bodyweight training |
| Boulder | Climbing, bouldering sessions |
| Carries | Sandbag, bucket, atlas stone carries |
| Hike | Hiking, ruck marches |
| Stairs | StairMaster, stadium stairs |
| Swim | Open water, pool sessions |
| Mobility | Stretching, yoga, recovery |
Weekly Stats
At the top of the calendar, you'll see a summary of your week:
- Total activities planned
- Total training time
- Completion rate for past activities
Keyboard Shortcuts
- Left/Right arrows: Navigate between weeks
- T: Jump to today
