Training Calendar Basics

The training calendar is your home base for planning and tracking OCR workouts. It shows a week-by-week view of your activities so you can stay on top of your preparation.

Navigating the Calendar

The calendar shows one week at a time. Use the navigation arrows to move between weeks, or click Today to jump back to the current week.

Each day shows your planned activities as color-coded cards. The color indicates the activity type — runs, strength, climbing, and more.

Adding an Activity

  1. Click on any day in the calendar
  2. Select an activity type (run, strength, boulder, hike, etc.)
  3. Set the duration and time
  4. Add optional notes for workout details
  5. Click Save

Activity Types

OCR Trips supports activity types designed for obstacle course racers:

Weekly Stats

At the top of the calendar, you'll see a summary of your week:

  • Total activities planned
  • Total training time
  • Completion rate for past activities

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Left/Right arrows: Navigate between weeks
  • T: Jump to today
