  • Account data: Email address and authentication metadata when you sign up or log in, provided by our processor Supabase.
  • Product usage: Events and interactions within the app for debugging and improvement, collected via PostHog analytics.
  • Feedback: Messages you submit via the feedback form on the landing page.
  • Cookies: Small files used for authentication session management and analytics. You can accept or reject analytics cookies using the cookie banner.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Service (auth, storage, account features).
  • Measure and improve features and performance.
  • Security, fraud prevention, and debugging.
  • Communicate with you about the Service, including support.

Processors and Transfers

We use trusted third-party processors to operate the Service:

  • Supabase (authentication, database, storage) — stores account data and application data.
  • PostHog (analytics). We use the EU-hosted PostHog cloud and only enable analytics if you consent via the cookie banner.

Legal Bases

Where required by law (e.g., in the EU/UK), we process: (a) account data to perform our contract; (b) analytics based on your consent; and (c) security and fraud prevention based on legitimate interests.

Data Retention

Account and app data are retained while you maintain an account. You can request deletion at any time.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). Do not use the Service if you do not meet these age requirements.

Session recording

We may record how anonymous visitors interact with public pages (clicks, scrolling, navigation) using PostHog session replay to improve the Service. All text you type is masked before it leaves your browser, recordings are stored on EU-hosted PostHog servers, and recording stops as soon as you sign in — logged-in usage is never screen-recorded. You can disable analytics entirely using the controls below.
