OCR Trips offers activity types specifically designed for obstacle course racers. Each type has its own color on the calendar so you can see your training mix at a glance.

Choosing the Right Type

For OCR-specific training, a typical week might include:

  • 2-3 Run sessions (one long, one interval, one easy)
  • 2 Strength sessions (upper body + lower body)
  • 1 Boulder or Carries session (obstacle-specific)
  • 1 Mobility session (recovery)
  • 1 Rest day

Custom Notes

Every activity can have notes. Use them to describe the specific workout:

  • "5x800m intervals at 5K pace"
  • "Upper body pull: deadhang, rope climb practice, rows"
  • "30lb sandbag carry x 10 laps"
