Google Calendar Integration

OCR Trips integrates with Google Calendar to keep your training visible alongside work, personal events, and other commitments.

Setting Up

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Connect Google Calendar
3. Sign in with your Google account
4. Grant OCR Trips permission to create events

What Gets Synced

Training activities from OCR Trips appear as events in a dedicated OCR Training calendar in your Google Calendar. Each event includes:

• Activity type and title
• Duration and scheduled time
• Any notes you've added

Managing the Connection

From Settings > Integrations, you can:

• Disconnect — stop syncing (existing Google Calendar events remain)
• Reconnect — if your Google token expires, reconnect with one click

Troubleshooting

If events aren't showing in Google Calendar:

1. Check that the "OCR Training" calendar is visible (toggle it in Google Calendar's sidebar)
2. Verify the connection is active in Settings > Integrations
3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting
