Every trip in OCR Trips includes a budget view that tracks all your expenses in one place — race registration, travel, accommodation, and more.
Adding Expenses
Within a trip, you can add expenses for:
- Race registration — entry fees for each event
- Flights — with departure/return details
- Hotels — with check-in/check-out dates
- Transportation — rental cars, parking, gas
- Other — food, gear, race photos
Each expense includes a name, amount, and optional notes.
Budget Overview
The trip summary shows:
- Total cost — sum of all expenses
- Per-person cost — if traveling with a group
- Expense breakdown — visual split by category
Tips for Budget Planning
- Add the race registration fee first — it's usually the biggest early expense
- Track flights as soon as you book to lock in the price
- Don't forget parking at the venue
- Budget for race-day extras: spectator pass, race photos, merchandise
