Runmageddon Wrocław is run at the Rolantowice mine south of the city, and the venue does most of the work: spoil heaps, steep sandy walls, standing water in the workings and long exposed climbs with no shade. The mine terrain makes this one of the more punishing stops on the calendar even at the shorter distances, with sand that drains the legs between obstacles.
Saturday covers Kids (1 km), Intro and Intro U-16 (3 km, 15 obstacles) and Rekrut (6 km, 30 obstacles). Sunday runs Family (2 km) and the classic Runmageddon at 12 km and 50 obstacles. Wrocław itself is about 30 minutes away and is well served by its own airport, which makes this a straightforward destination race for runners coming from Germany or Czechia.
