Frappadingue Les Ponts-de-Cé is a first edition and the season finale, held on the Loire just south of Angers in the Anjou. The start is on the promenade Emstal on the riverbank, with the finish village and bib collection at the neighbouring Salle EMSTAL.
The Sunday runs both formats: Format S over 5–6 km with 15 obstacles (from €43) and Format L over 10–12 km with 40 obstacles (from €53), 16 and over. Bib collection is 8:30 to 13:00, the first wave leaves at 9:30 and waves go every 15 minutes until 13:00. Budget two to three hours on course, then use the finish village to dry off. The Frappajeune kids race runs the Saturday before.
