Frappadingue Gravelines is the third edition in this fortified port on the Channel coast between Calais and Dunkirk, another Vauban town where the star-shaped ramparts and canals frame the course. The finish village is on the place de l'Esplanade, where bib collection also takes place.
Format S runs 5–6 km with 15 obstacles (from €43) and Format L runs 10–12 km with 40 obstacles (from €53), both on the Sunday and both 16 and over. Bibs are handed out from 8:30 to 13:00, the first wave leaves at 9:30 and waves go every 15 minutes until 13:30. Start and finish are in the same place. The Frappajeune kids race is the Saturday before at 10:00.
