Frappadingue Blangy-le-Château is the second edition in this Pays d'Auge village, run from the ruins of the old château in the Normandy countryside between Lisieux and the Côte Fleurie. It is the most rural stop on the calendar and an easy add-on to a weekend around Deauville or Honfleur.
The Sunday programme is the standard pair: Format S over 5–6 km with 15 obstacles (from €43) and Format L over 10–12 km with 40 obstacles (from €53), 16 and over. Bib collection runs 8:30 to 13:00 at the château vestige, the first wave leaves at 9:30 and waves go every 15 minutes until 13:30. Count on two to three hours to get round. The Frappajeune kids race is the Saturday before at 10:00.
