True Grit in Wildwood, VIC, Australia. 3 events on Saturday, November 28, 2026.
True Grit's first Melbourne event, staged at Wildwood Rock Enduro about 40 minutes north-west of the CBD near Bulla. The venue is a motorsport enduro property, so the terrain is rocky and steep rather than flat farmland, and the military-inspired obstacle course is set through it: A Frame, A Very Long Carry, Traverse Ropes, Monkey Bars, The Wall, Rope Up, Pontoon Bridges, Sandbag Carry, Cargo and The Big Climb.
Two distances on the Saturday: 5 km (12+) and the classic 10 km (16+). The 10 km Elite wave starts at 8:30am with podium prizes, general 10 km waves run 8:35am to 11:00am, and 5 km waves go out through the day.
Close enough to Melbourne to be a day trip. Parking is $10 per vehicle, and spectators are free but must register.
The organizer has not published start times yet. Waves fill up.
