Nuclear Races in Brentwood, United Kingdom. 2 events on Saturday, September 5, 2026.
Nuclear Mud Tribe is the fun, untimed September event on the Nuclear course, on 5 September 2026: a 5 km muddy obstacle run with a 1.5 km option for families with younger children. No upper-body strength is needed, water obstacles have no full submersion, and there is a foam finish. Teams and charity groups are the target audience.
All Nuclear Races run on one permanent course at the Secret Nuclear Bunker estate in Kelvedon Hatch, near Brentwood in Essex: farmland, woods, rivers and lakes, with signature obstacles like the 20-foot Deathslide, the Travelator and a 15-lane zip wire into water. Mud Tribe is not chip-timed; every finisher gets a medal, a hot wash-down and a free photo.
The venue is 15 minutes from the A12, M25 and M11, or 15 minutes by taxi from Brentwood station (Liverpool Street line) or Epping tube.
The organizer has not published start times yet. Waves fill up.
