Muddy Angel Run is a women-only 5 km mud run with 18 obstacles: climbing, crawling, sliding and a lot of mud, with a foam party on the course. There is no timing and no penalty for skipping an obstacle. Most people run it as a team, and the organisers say jogging, walking or strolling the 5 km all count.
This stop runs at Fühlinger See, the regatta lake in the north of Cologne, on 17 July 2027. Muddy Angel Run is organised by the XLETIX team and calls itself Europe's largest mud run for women.
