Where the plan lands

Your training calendar. Plan, Strava runs and the race, in one place.

Done sessions strike through. Weekly targets on the left. AI on the right.

The OCR Trips training calendar with a Strava week, week 1 of the plan and the race, plus the AI assistant.
Already in the app

The plan plugs into what you already use.

  • Strava sync

Finished a run? It lands on the calendar by itself and ticks the session off. Completed workouts auto-sync.

  • Google Calendar

Every session and the race trip show up next to your meetings. Two-way, or a feed URL for any calendar app.

  • AI assistant, in app and in Claude

“Move Friday to Saturday.” Ask the sidebar, or connect Claude and ChatGPT over MCP and manage the plan from there.

  • Weekly targets

Sessions, hours and climb per week, planned vs done. The left rail tells you if you're on track before Sunday.

How it works

  1. 01Answer five questions

Why the race, what your week looks like, days you can give, where you train, what worries you. Two minutes.

  2. 02See week 1 in the app

Every session says why it's there and what part of the course it's for. Leave your email so it's saved.

  3. 03Make it yours, then train

Move sessions, swap one, tick them off. Strava ticks them off for you. The rest of the build is offered once week 1 is on your calendar.

279 days out to Tough Mudder World's Toughest Mudder 2027. Enough for a proper build.

Week 1 is free, no card. Built by Anton, an OCR athlete who loves training for ultras.

FAQ

Before you start

How many days a week is it, and how long is a session?

Five or six days: short evening runs of 40 to 60 minutes, one long run at the weekend, and 5-minute OCR snacks you fit around them. Fewer days than that still works. Drop the easy runs, keep the key workout.

Do I need a gym or an obstacle rig?

No. Road or trail for the running, a pull-up bar if you have one, and one heavy thing for the carries: a sandbag, a kettlebell, a loaded backpack. The grip and obstacle work is written to be done at home.

I have not run in months. Is this too much for me?

Tick 'Make it custom' and the first email asks about your running and the days you can train. Answer it and the week comes back at your level. Week one should feel doable, not heroic.

What happens to my email address?

Anton sends you week one, then asks how it went. No list selling, no daily newsletter. Reply 'stop' and it ends there, and the address is deleted if you ask.

What does the full plan cost, and when do I pay?

Week one is free. The full plan comes with the calendar: $8 a month, or $48 a year with a custom plan included. You see the plan before you pay. If it is not right for you, you pay nothing and week one is still yours.
