XLETIX Challenge in Grömitz, Germany. 6 events over 2 days, Sep 11–12, 2027.
XLETIX Challenge Norddeutschland is the northernmost stop on the calendar and the traditional season finale, staged at the Baltic seaside resort of Grömitz. The course runs along a wide sand beach, up onto the cliff-top coastal path and past the pier, with the Baltic itself used as an obstacle more than once. Expect sand underfoot, salt water and Speed Slide, Super Swing and Juicy Jumper along the way.
The race runs across both Saturday and Sunday, with the full FUN (6 km, 15 obstacles), ADVENTURE (12 km, 25 obstacles) and X-TREME (18 km, 35 obstacles) lineup on each day. Grömitz doubles as a short seaside break, so plan for a weekend rather than a day trip.
The organizer has not published start times yet. Waves fill up.
